About Our Shipping Service
Circling Eagle Books offers a couple of delivery options utilizing shipping UPS and USPS. The services available and the cost of shipping depend on:
- Where you are shipping your order
- What your order contains (Books, DVDs, Posters, etc.)
- How much your order weighs
Each item we sell will be shipped UPS or USPS and will be insured and contain tracking information which will be emailed to you at your registered email address. Tracking will be available on the UPS and USPS official web sites.
About Our Return Policy
* When a class is cancelled by Bay Mills Community College, textbooks for that class may be returned for a full refund through the 1st week of your class. Proof of cancelation will need to accompany the textbook return and books shipped back during that first week.
* Students that drop a class in the first ten day textbooks may return for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Students will need to submit proof of dropping the class within the ten days along with shipping the textbook back during during that 10 day period.
This policy helps insure that course materials are available for all students who need them, when they need them.
During the return period, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any refunds that are not accompanied by verification of course cancellation or student drop.
** These refund requests must be accompanied by the original sales receipt pursuant to Circling Eagle Books return policy.
All New books must be returned in 'new' condition; sealed books/packages must still be in original shrink-wrap. Opened packages are eligible for return, provided all original components are included, and in 'new' condition. These returns are subject to an additional $5.00 shrink-wrap fee, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
Custom Course packs are not eligible for return.
Computer Software cannot be returned once the package has been opened.
All textbook sales are final after the first ten days of class.
Non-textbook merchandise must be in new or re-sellable condition – with original tags – to be eligible for refund.
All refund requests must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
Online Orders of textbooks or other merchandise that are not picked up within 10 days of the start of the semester OR 10 days from the date of the order if the order is placed after the start of the semester will be refunded to the customer less a 15% restocking fee and the textbooks will be returned to stock.
Circling Eagle book buy back.
All books considered for buy back must be in good usable condition. Only books that are being used in the next semesters class are considered for buy back. Books in like new condition are worth more than books with writing and highlighting in them. Books with missing page or physically damaged are not considered for buy back. Contact customer service for an initial buy back quote. Final payout price is determined after the books have been received and inspected by circling eagle staff members. Normal buy back periods are the four days following the end of each semester.
